Biswajoy Ghosh- Researcher, UiT PhD in med-tech is PI and inventor of Cymoplive and auxiliary IPs, with 12+ years in cancer and regenerative medicine. He has 40+ publications, 4 IPs, secured competitive funding, and pitched Cymoplive to industry leaders. His management experience in RCN/ EU-funded projects fosters timely progress. He trained at BioInnovation Institute and EIC's T2M programs. He envisions co-founding the Cymoplive startup
Komal Agarwal- Researcher, UiT PhD with 8+ years in material science and engineering product development. She has 25+ publications, 2 IPs with BG, secured funding. She is integral to product design and scale-up, with her industry affiliations key to Cymoplive’s industrial validation and distribution. She envisions co-founding the Cymoplive startup.
Krishna Agarwal - Professor, UiT microscopy leader & co-inventor of Cymoplive, with 22+ years’ experience. She has led EU/RCN research/innovation projects, secured ~€10M funding, has 8 IPs & 50+ publications. She provides microscopy and data analysis expertise, infrastructure, engage in next stage soft funds and investor connections in her network.
Ingrid Skjæveland - Business Developer, Norinnova (PhD, Immunology) has industry experience within Life Science and medical devices. She is experienced in early-phase commercialization of medical equipment and market surveillance under ISO 13485. She coordinates legal support and plan business. Ingrid also engages with key business stakeholders.
Bronwyn Smithies - Business Developer, Norinnova (PhD, biotech) has experience in developing innovations in biotech portfolios. Bronwyn builds business strategies and engages CROs and pharma, ensuring efficient collaboration and proceedings.
